Initially, I was apprehensive due to the numerous negative reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by our waiter. He was very polite, the food arrived quickly and was delicious, and the atmosphere appeared clean and well-maintained. View all feedback.
What Miss Na Nas doesn't like about Mylo's:
I enjoy the ambiance of this restaurant, it is lovely. However, the service is lacking as there are usually only one or two waitresses working. The food also takes around 45 minutes to be served as the kitchen is consistently slow. If they were to hire more staff, this place could easily become the best breakfast spot in town. 1st time customer, and won't be returning. We stopped in for breakfast Sunday morning around 10am. Waited to be seated for about 5 minutes, and the host wiped our table right before we sat down. Points for cleaning the table, deduction for the table being soggy and pools of water since it wasn't dried.Took way too long for someone to come and ask us for drinks. When she arrived we asked if we could just order since we knew what we wanted, but the employee said she could only take drinks and we had to wait for someone else for food. We were over an hour waiting for 2 meals of bacon and eggs. Lot's of other people were waiting so long that they went into the kitchen looking for staff to ask about their order. When we got the food it was ok, decent portions but nothing special. We had to ask someone for our bill as no one stopped by to ask how it was or clear our plates. As other reviews have mentioned, the bathrooms were gross. overflowing garbage, 2 stalls with no toilet paper at all, overall dirty.Would highly recommend you wait in the lines for Stacked Pancake House next door, WAY better and worth the wait. Lesson learned.
Three of us went for Sunday lunch we waited about 10 minutes to be greeted and seated. Then about another 20 minutes for someone to take our order and an HOUR for our food. Not asked once if we’d like more drinks. The first two things my husband tried to order they did not have. Once we got our orders they were wrong, and my husbands food took an extra 10 minutes to come out. Once the food all finally arrived it was incorrect and I also I don’t think crab cakes are supposed to be black or wet. And hollandaise sauce should not be lumpy. It was extremely disappointing as we only get out to eat once every 2-3 months.
Waited more than 20 minutes to get our order, 45 minutes to get the food, 20 minutes to get the bill.Food is not good, fried potato were stale, tasted like old and fried multiple
We tried Mylos for breakfast instead of waiting for the pancake house next door. This was a mistake. Our food took over 30 minutes to arrive at our table, for 3 guests. We ordered 2 eggs Benedict’s and a plate of plain pancakes. When the food did arrive, the hollandaise sauce was bland, and yet the hash browns were way over salted. Speaking of hollandaise sauce, the eggs Benedict were DROWNING in it. The English muffins were not toasted, and it was more like a soup of eggs, veggies, and sauce than an actual breakfast. $4 for a glass of No Name OJ I saw them pouring from the carton. The servers were pleasant enough, but never asked us how the food was, if we needed anything, and kept asking us if we wanted refills on our coffee but would then forget to actually pour more coffee.Mylos is not worth going to, and the food and service is not worth the price.I would wait for the pancake house next door.
