it was a great experience for my 14-year anniversary and the service was exceptional. I would recommend for everyone. there is no real dress code, but it is a little more imagination then its east side Mario’s. eating is very expensive and eating tasted even better. View all feedback.

have been sitting on Valentine's Day. the waitress was really nice, but forgot a lot. my partner ordered the steak and they did not mention that they ran out of butter for the steak. all he got was a tasteless piece of meat. However, I have a peculiar complaint that I hadn't anticipated. After we received our meals, our server apologized for the wait, which had actually been quite reasonable, and mentioned that we would get a complimentary slice of cheesecake for our inconvenience. We happily accepted this offer. However, when it came time to pay, we noticed that one of my friends had been charged $2.99 for the cheesecake, even though he hadn’t eaten any. While it's not a significant amount and not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, I found it odd that we were offered something free that we didn't really need in the first place, only to be charged for it later. This strange behavior from the server has kept me from giving a full five-star review. Aside from this issue, the food and service were excellent.
Eventually, our main courses were served, but we hadn’t even finished our appetizers, which we were enjoying despite the lack of plates or napkins. At this point, we still didn't have any cutlery, so we had to flag down another server to request it. By then, one of the main dishes was cold, while the other three were still warm enough to eat. We decided to cancel the wine order altogether, as our server seemed awfully absent. However, the manager, Chelsea, came over to apologize for the situation. She was genuinely concerned about how our dinner experience was unfolding and offered compensation. I truly appreciate her attention and compassion regarding our issue. As regular customers, we will continue to return because of her exceptional handling of the situation. She deserves recognition for her efforts. Overall, while I would rate the server 1 star, I would give the manager 5 stars.
The manager appeared to be merely going through the motions—moving bowls around, glancing at orders, and ultimately ignoring the hot dishes waiting to be served. He didn’t even stop by our table to see if the food was satisfactory. On the other hand, our server checked in on us twice to ensure everything was okay, which is the main reason I would consider returning. All the servers and staff I interacted with were delightful, but I strongly recommend that management undergo better training. Their role should be to support the service staff, not just to look busy before retreating to the office for a free meal. They need to be proactive and genuinely involved, as servers shouldn’t have to shoulder the entire responsibility alone.

Many thanks that they reached so much and that I changed my review! Many thanks to victoria.
Great desserts! I tried to revise the Californian spring salad, it's just so refreshing and easy.
