This is now the 4th time we 've ordered McDonalds from 385 Wellington St in London, On, and the 4th time they have gotten it wrong. They 've missed items every single time. This time we weren 't accepting just... missing all of the fries from our order, and when we called and spoke to the manager, they assured us there was absolutely nothing they could do and we were welcome to call back tomorrow but the day manager was going to be useless too. I understand pandemic and all, but I should be able to expect to place an order and GET the food I ordered. The manager refused to give me any information for higher ups in the company, so I 'm going to just keep leaving this review places until someone actually gets back to me about this. The tone and attitude was ridiculous, why is it so much to ask for a complete meal for my family after 4 different messed up orders. The manager suggested we order the fries again, and pay the delivery and tax a second time. Why am I paying for your mistake? And all those stickers all over our bags saying 'double checked for accuracy ' no one was touched, signed or verified so who KNOWS the purpose of even having them. McDonalds is really setting the bar low here.
I had the worst customer service experience ever at this restaurant. I was there to pick up my order, but one staff member named "Madisson" was extremely rude and displayed an arrogant attitude towards me. It took 45 minutes to pick up a small order, as they were negligent and irresponsible in completing it. I had to talk to at least three different staff members just to get my food. During this time, it seemed like they were just walking around and having fun, showing a clear lack of concern for their customers. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. This was by far the worst service I have ever received from a McDonald's.
My god, if I could give them no stars I would. I understand it's a busy intersection but the service is consistent, unfortunately it's consistently bad. Drive thru is lined to Wellington and moves at a snails pace. The last time I went it was 20+ minute wait. Not a big order just 2 Big Macs. The car in front of me got fed up and left. When I got to the window the server was mad at me that the person in front left due to their slow service. Didn't care me and the other people were waiting an obscene amount of time. Another time I went no one was on the drive thru. Waitng at the order box for 5 min before I had to go in to get service. Apparently the manager/drive thru attendant was busy having a smoke, so drive thru was closed. I've written McDonald's HQ and they give typical corporate propoganda, however nothing changed. Avoid at all costs!
I don’t usually review “fast food” but people have to know how lousy the service is here and avoid it like the plague! Two Sundays ago, we had a commitment that required getting our grand kids fed in a hurry. Happy meals seemed to be the answer. NOT!! My grand daughter hustled to the automated board and keyed in their choices but I chose to pay at the counter. There was only ONE cashier open to take payment AND for ordering so we waited in line to pay! The cashier kept calling for codes.It was utter chaos! Along with about 20 others, we waited for 20 min. for the order to be processed. One man demanded a refund. Another left without his order. We will NEVER set foot inside this place again!
Staff more interested in socializing than serving customer. White haired female manager interrupts staff while they work. Food is average. Staff don’t seem to care about customers. Managers seem bored. Shouldn’t take as long as it does to get order. Two cash registers only one cashier.
