Your restaurant policy is terrible. I requested my ice cream flavors to be separated, and that's what I expected to receive for the price I paid.

I normally order strawberries on my ice cream, and this time they tasted disgusting, as if they were bad. I did notice they were the last ones in the bin, but didn’t think anything about it. I called to let them know and the guy said that those must have been from the day before. I think that is disgusting considering that those were out of the fridge all day then back in during the night and out again the next day. Pretty much said sucks to sucks ?

I was disappointed with the way one staff member treated customers at this restaurant. The customer service was poor, and when asked about it, the rude staff member blamed it on being busy. Instead of providing a polite response, they could have handled the situation better. To add insult to injury, they were laughing after my wife expressed her discontent.

The staff at this restaurant is amazing and kind. Every time I go there, they are super nice and accommodating, always giving me exactly what I want. The ice cream is always delicious and the portion size is perfect. Definitely worth a visit!
