I needed to replace my back tires, but he wouldn't do it because I didn't have a backbrake! he said it was an insurance, but that was kind of frustrating, but he was a nice guy, but my beer in my bag was warm and my fish bait was also warm! View all feedback.
The staff at this restaurant are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They were the first bike shop in London that was willing to take a look at my folding bike. The service was fast and efficient. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends. Thank you!

The best customer service of all time! andrew went beyond and beyond to ensure that I received an order that was lost in the post before the celebrations. super appealing, friendly and all around ingenious shop. I can't thank them enough!
