Jack Astor's - London

I always make a point to stop at Jack's for some of the best chicken fingers I've ever had. However, today I had to assess the service I received. I arrived early and was promptly seated.

The wings were oily and poorly prepared, with an excess of grease. The Mexican chicken dish was tasty, however the portion sizes were lacking.

This restaurant is a great stop on the way to St. Catharines and Niagara Falls. It always seems to be the perfect place to grab a meal when we're traveling from Detroit and feeling hungry.

Had just received a $15 voucher in the post and decided to use it at jack astor’s for lunch. I have often eaten in this chain with rare memory. our waitress was like our meal that was served hot. will be a bit expensive if you navigate from the lunch menu. partner had the chicken and reissalat while I had the housecrab soup and her new classic - the boss hog burger. this was a big burger that contained a bark meat patty, two sausages, several pieces of speck and coated wobble. messy but delicious. would be reordered in the future as soon as my permissible meat intake is collected. a good rewarding experience.

Our first visit in this restaurant, as we have no one in our home town. typical large restaurant franchise, but no waiting lines and quickly assigned table. staff extremely polite and friendly. we started to drink and had to return one, but treated like profis. crab and lobster was delicious. my wife had chicken parmigiana and found it to be dry and hardly gave a tomato sauce. she wouldn't order again. my NY-steak was cooked to perfection in a medium-heavy seldom. Cheese and maic kartoffeln yummy yummy yummy yummy. no room for the desert. server brings ketchup to table confusing, but we appreciate their efforts!
