I visited the restaurant at 2:30 PM on Saturday and wanted to express my gratitude to the young female cashier who went out of her way to help me, even though I wasn't a paying customer. I needed to use the restroom and was having a difficult time, and she kindly fetched me a cup of water. I've been to other establishments where employees ignore you unless you make a purchase. Terrible chicke burger! Super dry and all batter. It must have been cooked at 8am and it's 4pm now. Will not return!
As I am not close to any Harvey's restaurants, I don't get much opportunity to eat there. However, I was near the Dundas east location last night and stopped in. I had a grilled chicken combo. It was as great as I rememberedStaff were pleasant, quick, and efficient.All good ?
Employees are polite and helpful. Clean atmosphere and quick service. Food served here is always hot and fresh. Always on top
The food and service at this outlet is good and the employees are welcoming and customer centric.
