My wife and I tried the buffet on a Wednesday and unfortunately we missed the weekend menu which I heard is even better. During the week the selection was quite good. Roast beef, roast lamb, roast duck, roast chicken. Multiple selections of salads, cheeses soups, breads, oriental, Arab and Caribbean foods. The management goes above the normal steps to make his presence know and will make sure you meal is to the stand... View all feedback.

They may have changed the name and price ,however not good quality and food was cold and empty, it was 12 noon on a sunday. I told the waitress that the chicken wings where still raw and she said she told the manager / owner they did not take them off the buffet and we where there 15 to 20 mins after,so if anyone gets Sick I will help as a witness to your suit .if you are going to make this place go don't just change... Eating is not big, not filled or fresh (many dried, overcooked items) and many empty pans that will let you ask what I should be offered here. Pretty expensive for the quality and atmosphere, we had a 1/2 price voucher and there was still much too much money for what we received. The dining area is 'odd' the place where it is a supermarket and then a bingo hall and it does not feel warm or welcoming. The first table we sat on was at the window and about 15 degrees colder than anywhere else, as the restaurant was almost empty, we asked ourselves to move. Yes I know his cold here, sure you sit somewhere you want. Why would you sit next to an icy window that knows his discomfort? Bad training, bad planning, bad service, bad first impression. Servers have no idea at one point saying at our table wow you eat a lot. Reality, there were 4 dirty plates stacked because nobody picked them up and everyone had about 3 tablespoons on him, as we tried various dishes, regardless, even if we eat like pigs, DON 'T INSULT guests. You could have potential, but this place needs a lot of DC and direction or it won't be much longer here what I'd bet....
Went for Mother 's Day, arrived when it opened at 11:30. Other staff was very nice, but the owner told all the guests the hot food would be about another 5 min. please start with the salad bar . Well, the hot food WAS ready!? All the containers were full, steam coming from them, there was NO need to have ppl not eat what they wanted! Other then it is obviously cheaper to fill up on crappy salads bread first. So ppl were not eating as much of the pricer items is the only reason I can see why he did this. And when some older guy tried to start on the hot food which was right there, ready to eat, (NO empty areas seriously! the owner yelled at him!? It made for an uncomfortable experience. I of course wouldn 't fall for his salad bar **** ate lots of hot food! ; It is just an average buffet in a not often visited part of town. I do want restaurant owners to make a go of a new place, but his attitude will do them in.
Honestly?! Awful. Cold. Weird place. It was 16.99 per person for bad, cold food that had looked like it had been sitting out for hours. International disaster. Made us wonder why we even gave it a try it was that bad. Perhaps the owners can turn this around if they could focus on reducing the 200 items to a more realistic number in order to maintain quality and temperature.
Wow, so the restaurant before was disappointing, so when we heard that this place was reloaded, I thought there could be a hope in this place. WRONG! Now under the name the Roast Buffet (presentation on ROAST). So my family and I drove four days after their great opening with higher hopes than we had before. Well, from the beginning to the end this was a wreck, the appearance of the restaurant had not changed much, although clean it still appeared as a large banquet hall and not a comfortable dining area. We sat and stood up to get our first course, some cold things like salad and bread. So there was the possibility of iceberg salad or iceberg salad. That was the variety toppings were numerous, including some chopped tomatoes, cucumber and carrot. The cold Pasta/Kartato seeds were served in small flat containers that were almost empty and completely free of color and taste. I dropped off with a gurke and ranch on iceberg salad. For the second course we wanted to get some of the ROAST that they promote so much, good it was roasted, I think I could not make the difference from the roast pork to the roast beef due to the sauce and the fact that it cut thin and probably a few hours old. I got potatoes that tasted like cardboard and a piece of chicken (I think) and gave up. I didn't bother with the desserts, I just saw them on the way out of the door and immediately noticed that they are the cheap sponge-like desserts that you get that taste like they are three days old and stuck together with caulking. For a Sunday brunch for $16 I was not only hungry after leaving, but was never so far away from a restaurant. Save your money and go to Mandarin, this place is a waste of time and money. Your mouth will thank you, trust me. Cheap food, half full container, hot food served clams and old, no variety, I don't know what kind of business these people think they are opened after just four days. This place was insulting.
You may have changed the name and price, but no good quality and food was cold and empty, it was 12 noon on a Sunday. If you want to do this place, don't just change your name Your approach ,attitude ,food ! People will give a second chance, but most will not give you a third! Change or lose?
