We visited Delmar for the first time after staying overnight in London. We ordered the Gus' Eating Deal, which included 2 eggs, speck, hash browns, toast, and coffee for under $10. The food was delicious and Rose made sure our coffee cups were always full. We will definitely be returning in the future. View all feedback.

My son ordered a big man's breakfast cost his $14 delivered well talking about how much he got for the price he noticed 2 long gray hair his toast this is unexceptable. He wouldn't call to complain but I sure will beware inless u want to eat human hair...... View all feedback.
I've gone to this restaurant forever. eating is always great, the prices are reasonable. the personal always smiles.
Best food in East End! The only problem is they are letting people sit in the restaurant with colds. That needs to be addressed as a lady was sitting three tables down from me and had a cold and you don't know when they have a cold if they have COVID 19. Covid should be taken seriously when people have colds.
I remember sitting on a swivel stool eating cereal while dad and the guys from Strike right Match Co. Ate their breakfasts over 35 years ago. The coin operated cigarette machine by the door and the colorful mints in the dish with the paper wrapped toothpicks mint flavor.And can say the atmosphere hasn't changed. It still feels like community and safety.add to that The friendliest staff and most comforting food choices and Voila the most staying power there is. I hope that this place and any others that can bring us back to simpler times continue to do so for generations to comeI know I'm not the most eloquent but that's my feels folks!
Honestly, an excellent place to enjoy diner style food. Been going since the nineties. If people complain about the decor they have not experienced a hidden little beautiful diner. Open your mind don't judge just enjoy thus lost art of eating experience
Nostalgic and affordable. Keep your expectations real and you'll love this place. Cheap breakfast and hardworking waitresses. Love the coffee too!
