Located in a small strip mall with lots of parking and limited indoor seating. Ambiance is the same as the rest of the chain. What User doesn't like about Chipotle Mexican Grill:
We were rather disappointed with Chipotle. Guacamole is $2 extra - what is a burrito without Guacamole? - and the overall flavour was mediocre. They don't grill it after the toppings are put in, so by the time we were home to eat them, they were cold and bland. I also got the gluten free which was awful - the tortillas didn't stay together and they were bland and rubber-like. You are better to find a Burrito Boyz in... View all feedback.

My husband and I had lunch and were very happy with our meal and service. We had tacos, chips and salsa. We choose the pork and beef tacos, both had delicious flavour. The chips and salsa were also good but a bit salty. The service was excellent, very friendly. Thanks

Also, Burrito Boyz offers a way better gluten free tortilla.
This chain being new to London mailed out a promotional 2/1 deal which we couldn't resist and you did not have to buy 2 beverages which is usually the case. The restaurant occupies the old TD bank location on the Wellington Road strip and has loads of free parking. Inside is bright and shining new with a lot of stool/counter seating and a few metal topped tables. The menu is limited to salads, burritos, bowls and tacos. Be warned -this is a paper plate/ plastic forks type of place! You name your choice and then make all your selections as you pass along the counter. We chose bowls with cilantro lime brown rice, black beans( or pinto) 1 chicken,1 steak for meat, salsa, corn, sour cream, grated cheese, and lettuce. All ingredients were fresh and at room temperature. Guacamole is extra. At the end of the counter ,you pay your bill and proceed to a side bar which supplies water or other beverages, Tabasco and utensils. The service was calm, friendly and helpful. The manager even came by for feedback and to clear our table. He seemed genuinely pleased we were there! With the coupon, we both had a fresh, tasty, satisfying lunch for only $8.95 + tax. That would be hard to beat anywhere in town!
We all like Mexican food, so thought we'd try the local new joint. Simple menu, about 8 filling combinations, packed in a cardboard bowl, burrito, salad or taco shells. Although large portions, the food was fairly bland and presentation mundane. Although the cashier did ask, I thought $2.21 for a dollop of guacamole was a bit pricey. Red and green Tabasco bottles available to spice things up.Clearly targeted at younger patrons looking for a cheap way to carb-up. It was fairly busy at 5:00 PM, so if you're going around then, our table will be available for you.
