Casey's Bar & Grill - London

I was going to caseys but they closed up so so disapointment so reveiw would love have one no closed so sad was a great place to eat

Went there for supper. Food was good. Service wasn't. Not asked how our food was. Not asked if we wanted dessert or coffee. It seemed we were rushed out of there.

Recently drove from Woodstock to London for the Caseys calamari. Upon arrival asked for an iced tea and told they were out. Strike one. Craving the calamari, we ordered it and told they were out. Strike two. Ordered a platter with 1/4 brisket, 5 homemade chicken fingers, fries, and seasonal vegetables. Came with 4 fingers, which were all smaller than my baby finger and seasonal veg was apparently just steamed and unseasoned broccoli. Strike three. Serious Casey's, get your stuff together. While the servers were nice, they were definitely slow as molasses and rarely came around. Not gonna make that drive again.

I went to Casey's last night with my husband to celebrate my new job. I really enjoy the food at Casey's. But, I find the atmosphere lacking. The restaurant has both a bar side and a dinning room side (which was empty). We were sat on the bar side with all the loud drinkers. Not how I wanted to celebrate landing a new job. Would return for a night out with the ladies, would not return for a celebration dinner with my husband. Enough said.

But unfortunately it closed this week. I went every month or two. Good food and always found the wait staff helpful and attentive. Good luck to all the people who worked there.
