Highlights include delicious Mediterranean Pizza and Chicken Thai bites, while complaints centered around wrong orders and poor service. Despite some setbacks, the Big Dipper Steak Sandwich and Brute were praised for their taste and quality. Overall, Boston Pizza remains a popular choice for some diners, with its diverse menu options and convenient location.
We were shopping in Windsor and decided to enjoy dinner at Boston Pizza before heading home. We each ordered an individual pizza. I tried one of their new thin crust pizza's thinly sliced potatoes and every little item that goes with potatoes .... it...was really delicious !! Lauren's great service and help in choosing my pizza definitely make our visit special.
They followed all procedures and seated everyone feet or more apart. Robin K was our server and was as happy to be there as we were. As usual, I ordered the Chicken Thai bites (delicious). Jon enjoyed wings salad. It was very windy...but nice warm so not a problem. We just moved here so will certainly be back.
We were staying at the Quality Inn and wanted a restaurant that we could easily walk to. This was the first time we had been to a Boston Pizza. We ordered the Rustic Italian and really enjoyed it. The Blue Jays were playing, so we were surprised the crowd was so calm on the pub side. Our waitress said because it was early in the season, the customers are usually quiet. There was one obnoxious customer at the bar who was quite loud and cursing. Our waitress said they had it under control, but customers were wondering. Despite the belligerent man, we enjoyed our pizza and pints. Good service, good food, reasonably priced. We were seated on the pub side, but there is another restaurant side for families, and those that don't want the big screen tv lights.
Went to Boston Pizza for a late night bite, found a seat easily at the bar and were handed menus right away. Service was friendly and quick. Tap Beer was cold and tasted great. Food was fantastic.
When we arrived, the first sign I saw was Seniors get 20 percent discount before 5 o 'clock. We were there at 4:30. My dughter ordered 2 appitizers, and I ordered a personal pizza. The food for me was passable, as I never go to Boston...Pizza, it was my daughters choice. it 's hard for me to order without strange spicy things on the food. When the bill arrived, I said where is my senior discount??? He waitress left and came back with $280 off the pizza, nothing off the overpriced glass of pop. My daughter said why was she charged so much for the appitizers. She was told the special App Appitizers were smaller, and she had ordered from the main menue. She said she sould have been told about this when we ordered, as she was sitting with her Iphone on the table. The waitress just ignored this and handed my the bill. Needless to say, this was my first and last visit to Boston Pizza. The waitress should offer the specials when ordered!!
