Mcdonald's - London

The food was also terrible. We ordered three spicy chicken sandwiches, but none of them were actually spicy. Two of the sandwiches did not have any sauce at all, making the rolls completely dry. One of the chicken patties was incredibly small and hidden in the bun, looking like a chicken nugget. The other patty was undercooked and tough, making it inedible and had to be thrown out. To top it off, the ice machine was broken. This place was so unhygienic and rough. I can't believe they pass health inspections. This place should be shut down.

Was in the line at the drive thru for 30 minutes. ordered sausage muffin. had no whole egg as usual. had a very small paper thin yellow egg. it was very bad with service and eating.

We waited 45 to get our food because they only work one person at the front. they would think that would be because there is not enough personal, but no. there were many employees who either walk around or do a buck on the back nothing. I know because I saw her. then, when we finally got our food, my and my mother's order was wrong, and my stepfather burger was burned. extremely disappointed.

Through the trip thru, I ordered a happy meal, a big drink and a cheeseburger no wobble and additional pickel I was told to take up and literally waited 25 minutes only for my cheeseburger, only for them to make it with tons of wobble and no pickles.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my whole life. First of all, me and my daughter witnessed a female worker not wash their hands after using the restroom. She flushed and walked straight out, without even looking at the sink! This is the worst thing out of everything. But next, the food was horrible, we ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, none of them were spicy and 2 of them didn't even have any sauce that it's supposed to have. It had no sauce at all, completely dry buns! One of the chicken patties was abnormally small that it was hidden inside the bun and looked like a chicken nugget. And another one of the chicken patties was not cooked all the way and was very chewy and gross, it was uneatable so it had to be thrown out. Ice cream machine was apparently broken of course. This place is so gross, I wonder how they pass any of their health inspections! This place needs to be shut down
