Mcdonald's - London

The main problem with this McDonald's is the large number of customers to lunch and the small size of the restaurant, which often leads to a rugged upper floor and no replacement down seating. But I can see that the staff is working hard to set orders, and so I don't see a problem waiting because it's obviously busy. I never had an unpleasant interaction with the staff. I had a very high success rate in my orders and if an item was missing/uncorrected, I kindly ask the manager to solve it and it will be solved.

I asked for Large Mocha Frappé but I got medium size. Iced Caramel Mocha put hot coffee lid lol.. but the coffee are good. Hopefully can take my money back for Large instead of medium size. I'm sorry it's not my first English language.

Everything was delicious and perfectly made. The order was packed with care with everything we might need including silverware, condiments, and napkins. Very happy thank you!!

Normally I don't write reviews that are positive but with this one I was very pleased. Awesome food was still warm when I received it.

Ordered 5 sandwiches total 2 large fries. received 3 sandwiches 1 large fry...... more then agitated and i did not even complain about the food that we did received being cold!
