I've been to a few Brindisa's before BUT have to say this one really stands out the friendliness, knowledge and professionalism of the staff was at least 11/10. I came for the Calçotada festival (been trying to book for years) and it was above expectations. Huge amounts of fun (and wine) (and calçots). What Miles B doesn't like about Zizzi - Richmond:
Had to wait nearly 2 hours for our food, we would have not received the food if I did not question what was taking so long. When asking why it took so long they failed to give a response. Overall not a great experience I don't intend in going back. View all feedback.
Zizzis is not a brainer if I can't decide where to eat, I'm here. eating is from average to beautiful. good selection of vegetarian foods. pizzas are nice. the personal is friendly.
Zizi changed his menu! Yes, the pizzas are crisp with a creative series of toppings. very good.
My favourite Italian restaurant in the world! I was 100 times and never disappointed to this outlet. taste is consistent, portions are filling and ambiente is good. my favorite is strozzapreti pesto rosso pasta together with glass from each of their house red wine.
Ideal for a meal with friends or family, clear without feeling overlooked, selection of menus, so there is something for everyone. beautifully decorated, fun children's menu. fantastic ice cream
ZIZZI one of most famous Italian restaurant chain in England like American brand called Olive Garden in USA they are almost at most High streets in London same menu at all restaurants lasagnas, Pizzas,Pastas and salads with different ingredients I must say food is bit standart but their pizzas are very tasty just like my taste garlic bread with mozarella and hanging prawns as starter very good.I tried Richmond and chiswick branches at both restaurants service was fine they are trying their best....
