Was my go to for pasta pizza but after this experience will est elsewhere. Service was good with attentive friendly approach so no complaints there. It was the quantity of the food that was an issue. Not only was the portions very small that we gave the benefit of the doubt, prior visit before this one but the ingrediants were also lacking. We were satisfied with the service of the staff. we were a little disappointed with the vegan menu as it changed from what we used to like. we found the ragú and salat less delicious than previous versions.
We have booked through the app and then traveled to the restaurant. at the arrival we were told that there was no table for us and that a booking with the app did not guarantee any table. the personal was not helpful
The restaurant for the baby shower of a friend booked and the service eating was excellent! we were all very happy.
Zizzi's fitted in our party of 7 at late notice on New Year's eve. Even though the restaurant was busy the service was excellent and the food was a very good standard. Very friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Many thanks!
Pleasant surroundings, reasonable meal, but nothing extraordinary. It was a nice place for a casual dinner.
