Most murkable chicken outside of Seoul. Was recommended the chicken and murked it under a minute. I then proceeded to murk my friend’s food which leads me to conclude that this is seriously murkable chicken. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
The true KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) My friend and I popped in after some work drinks at South Bank (only a short walk away) and we were given a warm welcome by the staff. The target Korean Fried Chicken. We went for the large portion between two. Half gochujang, half soy, and a bottle of Korean rice wine to share. Some home made pickles were brought out for the table and served as the drinking snack until the star of the show arrived. Beautifully crispy pieces of juicy chicken were had. The soy and gochujang sauces complemented each other very well. To round off the meal, we asked for some kimchi pork dumplings. Although the kimchi flavour got steamed out a little, they were still good. The overall experience felt very cosy and the food tasted home cooked in the best possible way. We were both left impressed and agreed to return to sample more of the menu. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
