The star ingredient is the aged Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, perfect for snacking. The Arch Bar at the hotel is a gin lover's paradise, with over 50 types of gin available. The service is excellent, although the bartenders are more focused on crafting drinks than engaging in conversation. The environment is classy and traditional. The cocktails, while inventive, may not always hit the mark, but the comfortable seating and nice atmosphere make for an enjoyable evening. Overall, the experience at the restaurant and bar is enjoyable, with great food and service, making it a place worth returning to.
Highly recommend . Sunday buffet, I tried a bit of everything, and the beef Wellington was absolutely delicious. The best I've ever tasted !!
This was the best meal I had in London on a week long stay. I knew nothing about it in advance and was not staying at the Hilton, so stumbled upon it online. What a fortunate find! The food was outstanding. The lightly braised squid appetizer (over beans and arugula) was excellent. The liver main, served with spinach, mushrooms, and flash fried sage, was probably the best liver preparation I have ever had. Unbelievably mild and subtle. The lemon tart for dessert was also excellent. The prices are reasonable (for high end dining) and the wines are very good. My server was funny and very helpful (I'm terrible with names, but the receipt listed him as Peter G. I hope that is right). All in all, a great experience.
Theo actually invited us into his kitchen to meet him personally. It was an amazing gesture for our wedding anniversary. Exquisite food, service impeccable.
This restaurant cancelled my booking at last minute. Waiting my time and money to buy the costume. Never will come anymore
It has been a while since we last dined here and it was worth the wait to get back. The food was amazing , great presentation, tastes and flavours, its a super restaurant to sit back and enjoy the atmosphere, surroundings and just relax and enjoy the time with your partner. The staff from front of house to the bar, and of course who can not mention Sebastian, what a really nice chatty guy who is great asset to the restaurant. Its great that you can actually see the chef himself in the kitchen (on the night we dined here he was) and know that the food will be perfect when it comes out to you. The menu has so much to choose from and you will be in a conundrum for what to choose as all the dishes look so appetising. Already looking forward to visiting again when next in London.
