Nice local pub with good selection with well kept beers. Staff friendly.

What a great pub. Bigger than it first appears with a beer garden with a covered area as well as plenty of proper pub seating indoors, a great selection of beers (both proper hand pump ales/pale ales and lagers and craft beers on tap) and a pub quiz every Tuesday night too. Will be back here very soon.

The gammon was lovely but the nuggets in the basket not so good. BLT sandwich was also good. The place, the atmosphere was quiet, relaxing. I'm glad I came here Second time I had an amazing steak and a chicken bacon salad and that was good too. Definitely coming back

Such friendly service; we've just moved in to the area and felt so welcomed and at home in The Village Pub. Staff were fabulous, had plenty of delicious beers on offer which they weren't shy to allow us to taste before buying and a huge beer garden with heaters to enjoy them in! Excellent, can't wait to return x
