Very surprised that the Sunday roast menu was mediocre looked okay on the plate but poor standard. Should have chosen something different from the menu. Beef plentiful but tasteless, pork overcooked and dry and the Yorkshire puds must have been leftovers from the previous Sunday. Food was great and we had a couple of cocktails, beautiful pub highly recommended, staff was so friendly too.
The staff at the bar were so welcoming on arrival, the room we stayed in was amazing, so clean fresh and decor fab too. Couldn't fault it at all. Food at the pub delicious and cocktails too !!! Definatley be back.

Great pub family dinner. Amazing ribs. Rich burgers. Good selection of beers. Service was also great: very attentive, smiley, asking if everything was fine and going that little extra mile to make you feel welcomed. We saw around us plenty of couples, so I guess it is a great location for quiet classy dates.
