Dropped in there for a thirst-quenching pint whilst exploring the area around Hatton Garden. Looks olde worlde from outside and looks original inside. The staff are very friendly and there is a nice atmosphere. I didn’t eat, but the food smelled very good. Definitely go there again. View all feedback.
What Maisie Bennett doesn't like about The Hat and Tun:
in the front of the londoner restaurant festival (lrf), a group of eat and weinautoren and I were on a gastronomic tour of five etm group’s establishments. only for one day, the 5th October 2011, they can experience the same trip as part of the lrf for only £60 per person including five courses in five different venues plus fine wee, cocktails and transport. more information you will find on the website of the london... I hired the Hat and Tun for a private birthday party on a Sunday. In the lead up the team were extremely efficient. On the day, they could not have been more helpful, providing excellent food and service. Thank you very much to both back and front of house teams for making the party go with a bang!
Spent a couple of hours here. Beautiful fire and excellent beer. Landlord a gem. Mislaid my wallet and within minutes he had the whole pub looking ! I found it but nothing was too much trouble. 10/10
Fun pub vibe and pretty good pub grub. Staff were great! (Good beers too). Suitable for local lunch.
Loved the hospitality, Henry really looked after, and his team were absolute rock stars!! Gorgeous prosecco!!
Went there last Friday with a few colleagues, we had a few pies and they were all delicious! The service was very good and fast the two girls attending us were really nice. We will be back for sure!
