This is the best hotel I've ever seen and stayed at! I want to extend my gratitude to the manager and all the staff, especially Varsa, who was incredibly helpful. We had made a reservation for afternoon tea through OpenTable for Mother's Day. When we arrived, we were informed that no afternoon tea was being offered, and no one could explain why we were able to book it in the first place. It was incredibly disappointing, both from the hotel's side and OpenTable's. View all feedback.
