Contribute FeedbackThe Grosvenor Arms restaurant received mixed reviews from diners, with some expressing disappointment with the service and food quality. However, others praised the beautiful hotel and friendly staff. The restaurant offers a variety of tea services and menu options, with some finding the food delicious and reasonably priced. Overall, it seems that the experience at The Grosvenor Arms can vary depending on individual preferences and expectations.
A london birthday tea for our teenage daughter booked while traveling could not have been more beautiful or welcoming. skip the tourist alternatives and book a nice relaxed afternoon
I loved the lounge here !! Great Irish coffee and snacks . The service is attentive and inviting . Please go here when you stay here .
Went for afternoon tea that was included in a Buckingham Palace Trip Tour. Staff were lovely and the hotel is beautiful. BUT the afternoon tea was extremely disappointing, sandwiches were basic and tasteless. The scones and cakes were dry with again little flavour. I have...eaten better afternoon teas at much cheaper places.
I loved all of the different levels of tea service to choose from at the Grosvenor Hotel. We chose the express tea service. It was so easy since we were staying there already. I was even able to find a coupon from the hotel for...25% off.
Today we visited the wicked afternoon tea at 12:30 a.m. My mother tried to call several times a day before, as we had some food requirements but could not get through. we were served at 12:40. we asked the server if we could have our...sandwiches without butter and a set with just sinking. they told us that this could take a little longer than we understood. it took about 1:30 a.m. and we were not yet served our food, my mother politely asked the server how long this would take as we were at the theater at 2:30 a.m. she said that our food would last longer because my mother did not follow cream and butter, and I only eat laughs (that was actually because of allergies). they said the sandwiches were prefabricated so they took longer what we understood. we were not served with our food until 1:40pm (we had only the table for 90 minutes). we quickly had to eat our food, we are served all the salmon (I don't eat fish) and no i mayonaise or crowning huh. we reached the point where we thought we were an inconvenience, so we did not ask to take that back. we then asked if the bill and the gratitude were automatically added if we were asked that we had not paid for it. but we didn't want to make any more inconvenience than we wanted to go to the theater.
