the peter Rabbit-Hochtee was incredibly delicious and beautifully presented. what a fun experience in london! the dilly solarium is beautiful and independent of the weather you can sit under the sky and feel like outside. mango tee is also fabulous. recommend to everyone and especially those with children. What User doesn't like about Terrace At The Dilly:
the personal was really nice, but I am deeply disappointed that it was both my daughter's birthdays 2 and 3 years old and nothing special was done for her and I felt that it was altogether admitted. the lift didn't work when we had the buggy. I just thought I should go somewhere else. View all feedback.
The afternoon was so sweet, but the service was not as expected for the five-star hotel. it takes a long time to serve the food, and also, waiter often forget that we order.
Here needed old to be sitting, the drinks lasted old to arrive, and then the wrong came, the food order was wrong. eating was very average. the staff was friendly everywhere.
We arrived and were made to feel an inconvenience from the start we booked a late breakfast 1015 am we were taken to our table and there was not much choice lefyt on the fruit or continental table the hot breakfast was ok the saviour was the sausage very good quality the bacon is 80 fat think American bacon not British the scramble eggs was hard and the mushrooms soggy. The staff have not been trained i customer service and spent the whole time we were there gossiping with each other a pot of tea took 10 mins to arrive and the cereal dishes were not removed from the table.
It was pleasant and the children loved it . The Terrace is beautiful. The childrens Peter rabbit afternoon tea was great, presented beautifully and tasted great too. Disappointing that they only get 2 tiny sandwiches that are 2cm squared in size. That’s would be my only criticism. As a parent I’d like my children to fill up on savoury before moving onto the sweet stuff. The lunch menu was great and the food presented beautifully and was excellent in quality,
