While the sushi is well-prepared and the ambience inviting, patrons are often disappointed by the limited menu offerings and slow service, particularly on busy weekends. Many have noted the unfortunate impact of pandemic-related staff shortages, leading to longer wait times for food and drinks. Though some acknowledge the value and quality of the food, it seems the experience has been marred by inattentive service. Despite the challenges, there remains hope for improvement, as many are willing to return for the good food and atmosphere.
Great place, I do think the sushi can me improved tho. But bear was ice cold, the mango and pink pepper caipirinha was heavenly and the tamaki?? So good! I’ll definitely be coming back
I used to love this restaurant, but it seems like they have been hit hard by the pandemic staff shortages. The options on the menu are probably 1 4 of what they used to be and it took quite some time for the food to arrive. It was still good food, but not what it is used to be. I appreciate we are facing exceptional circumstances, so happy to give them another go
Very slow service. Mixed up dishes on the order. Waiting time very long. Food isn’t of great quality, nor taste.
Excellent. The food was tasty and the service was friendly. The atmosphere was not too busy or noisy, and the lighting was just right. I had a great time and will definitely be returning to try more dishes.
Great experience! This was my first time dining here, but I will definitely be returning.
