Stk Steakhouse London Strand

Went for a birthday dinner. The tomahawk steak was well cooked medium to medium rare in the center although i can't say its the best steak I've had in London. The waiter we had was friendly and attentive but a server spilled some drinks as he was bringing them to the table. They spilled over some of our things and on one of the people in our party and the server didn't seem too bothered or apologetic. He offered to get replacements which was the least he could do but they weren't taken off the bill as a gesture or anything. We didn't let it ruin our evening but it wss a shame the service and overall experience didn't live up to expectations.

Saturday night at STK was one of the worst meals out in London I've ever experienced. All but one of the 5 steaks and lobster tails orders were overcooked. The starters were good but not worth the money we were charged for them. The only reason this is a 3 star review instead of a 1 star review was because we were offered a generous discount off our bill due to the poor experience we encountered. A reasonable explanation as to why the food was so bad was given but at these prices I will not be taking the risk of being let down resulting in a bad night out.

Me and my boyfriend visited for the first time tonight, we were blown away as soon as we walked in, there was such a good atmosphere and good music playing. Our coats were taken and looked after for us and we were shown to our table. Our waiter was Alex and he was absolutely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The meal we had was beautiful, it really couldn’t have been any better. The cocktails we had were stunning too. Would 100% recommend a trip here and we wish we were closer to a STK restaurant at home.

Professional service, satisfactory ambience. Well maintained premises, pleasant atmosphere, while the tables and seats are in good repair. However, the food did the restaurant a disservice, as it was at a disgraceful level of quality. My pallet has never tasted anything so artificial, bland and grotesque; in particular, the greasy cracker used in the salmon tartare dish. The place has major love island vibes and tourists that have come from Essex.

Absolutely amazing experience. Great environment and some really GOOD tasting food. That may well have been the most juicy ribeye I've ever had!
