What rebecca boomgaarden doesn't like about Smokehouse:
Nice restaurant but we asked for a steak medium rare and it was cooked through. Waitress did eventually replace with a lower quality steak which was cooked rare but took a while to get to the resolution View all feedback.
Sadly this is no longer actually a smokehouse, other than on a Sunday. Such a shame as this used to be an absolute gem.
We had to sack the meal as we had a schedule and they were incredibly slow. Not fair to comment on the food but seemed like a great place to enjoy a meal if a little expensive. Classic Estate boozer gentrified and gone gastro ... conflicted as we all like nice but comes at a social cost
Great service and food. A really nice vibe in an area actually short of good casual restaurants.
Didn't have a lot of the stuff on the menu even tho it was only 5.30. Food took a while and was warm not hot and the sides didn’t arrive with the stakes. Overpriced.
Food was pleasant but not exceptional. A few dishes were on the over-cooked and leathery side.
