Sketch is a trendy and upscale restaurant in Mayfair that offers a modern and romantic dining experience. The food is well executed but not particularly creative, with some dishes being overly elaborate. The service is excellent, and the sommelier is knowledgeable. The decor is modern and pink, with unisex toilets in super cool egg pods. While the restaurant is quite expensive, it is worth splurging on for a special occasion. The wine list, however, is overpriced. Overall, Sketch is a great place for a unique and unforgettable dining experience, perfect for a business lunch or a special night out.

Two michelin stars: excellent cooking, worth a detour! I'm not sure if someone else, but I always find the definition of the michelin guide to stare, a tad. originally founded in 1936, I have to ask myself whether a element of refinement is required in the 21st century. I mean, seriously – “boil good, a reciprocating”? based on where I live, this could define a series of exceptional restaurants in cardiff!
