I am very disappointed with Selfridges, particularly regarding the disabled toilet on the first floor. It is either blocked or missing a toilet seat, creating a serious safety hazard. I report the missing seat nearly every day to the front desk on the ground floor, and they always promise to inform the building maintenance manager. Previously, the seat was loose and broken, which I reported multiple times, but instead of fixing it, someone chose to remove it entirely rather than replacing it with a proper one. Despite repeated complaints, no action has been taken. It seems Selfridges’ maintenance team does not prioritize the safety of disabled customers. This issue persists even after reporting it again today, Saturday, July 12. Additionally, I was hoping the restaurant's menu would offer a better overall experience, but these maintenance problems overshadow any positives.
