I think of one of the best bars in the world. in the m by montcalm to stay for work and have visited the plate bar several times. her bar staff is amazing, up to the point where I stay from now on in the hotel because of them. tom invented a cocktail while I was here, now named the chris (after me) that will be on the summer 2019 menu. it is the perfect citrus summer cocktail, strong and tasty. the ingredients are very well mixed so that it has no strong taste of alcohol. be careful! both smooth and refreshing. highly recommended. order the chris! or any other cocktail. they are all amazing.

I'm at local workmates for tomorrow meeting! beautiful coffee and amazing treacle teas. I liked the decor, I booked for dinner and see how it is tonight.

Eating was absolutely amazing. the best pig bell I ever had. steak was as good as it will. the personal is incredibly welcoming and has really taken care of us. not expensive. in any case recommend!

Beautiful open mezzanine French restaurant with wonderful service and waiting staff. Food was very good and extremely good value Christmas menu with deliciously plump and juicy Turkey breast, incredible pate and lovely desserts. Would have been 5 stars if the main courses came out quicker (we waited 45 minutes but it wasn't super busy) but we were having a great catch up so it didn't matter too much. Perfect place for a lunch meeting in Shoreditch Old Street. Highly recommend.
