We had been touring so may have looked a little dishevelled when we arrived but I was disappointed that the concierge felt it necessary to send a female staff member into the toilet to check on me. Frankly, they should have been grateful for our patronage. Tea was lovely but I would be careful who I would recommend it to. View all feedback. The lamb was out of this world. I would 10 out of 10 recommend. It’s conveniently located close to Harrod’s so a good bite to have after a shopping trip.
