What Ian Moore doesn't like about Ottolenghi Spitalfields:
The waiters weren't very polite and friendly. Not one smile during all the service, we had the impression to disturb. We hardly had some explanation about the menu and we had to ask. The food was good but nothing mind blowing. View all feedback. What Ania likes about Ottolenghi Spitalfields:
Thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Ottolenghi Spitalfields. It was busy and noisy but a great vibe. The food was very tasty and didn't disappoint the wine is usual London prices. What really made it was the front of house lady and the sommelier who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and special. View all feedback.

read moreThe restaurant on Artillery Lane, Spitalfields offers a mix of opinions from patrons. Some were impressed by the tasty food, attentive service, and pleasant atmosphere, while others found the prices high and portions small. The decor of the restaurant is described as minimalist and clean, providing a serene dining experience. Overall, customers enjoyed the Mediterranean cuisine, particularly highlighting dishes like tender lamb and smoky eggplant. The dessert selection, including cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake, received high praise for being decadent and delicious. Despite some complaints about service pressure and pricing, Ottolenghi seems to be a popular choice for those looking for a modern Mediterranean dining experience in a charming location.
Excellent Mediterranean restaurant. they will love everything and everything they have in their menu. I'd like to visit another dinner soon.

Best meal we have had in years. Some unusual flavour and texture combinations. Really wonderful.
Food and service were excellent. Dishes and combinations you dont see elsewhere..I really recommend the goat.
Easily the best meal I've had in London. Go for dinner, not lunch.
Love having my own personal toaster. Also gave me a little cake for my birthday which was so sweet!
