I have a reservation on opentable 2 weeks in advance for a party of 15 people, ignored google reviews say that the personal is rude. I called the day to confirm that I was on my way, and was shocked that the manager spoke so angry and dismissed with me. he was sharp, when? and how many? phoned, and he hung up without asking my name. that brought me into the worst mood when I should have a casual, wrench brunch with my friends for birthday. I went to him and showed him my email confirmation. he replied that this two-g of the notes no longer use opentable, and that it is a problem that they sort between him and HR managers. he was not apologise for the fusion and expressed this problem as if it were MY errors. I said he was supposed to check this right away, as I made the booking so far in advance and it could be a problem for many others in the future. he recognized this involuntary, but remained defensiw and attacked, although it was not my fault. at the end I had laid a table of 8 aside and we had to do it. the food was good, no cooked brunch, more only fast baked and sandwiches. waiter and waiter must be warmer and welcoming. it is otherwise a beautiful place, but the personal ruins the atmosphere. I'm not going to make a return.

The manager showed no remorse for the inconvenience and made it seem like it was my fault. Despite my insistence that they address this issue promptly, he remained defensive and unapologetic. In the end, we were only given a table for 8 people, and the food was mediocre, consisting mainly of pastries and sandwiches. The waitstaff lacked warmth and friendliness, which negatively impacted the overall dining experience. While the restaurant itself was pleasant, the staff's behavior ruined the atmosphere for me. I have no intention of returning to this establishment.
