Don't come expecting a large cosy environment because the place has more a small warehousy vibe the outside space was closed since it was winter. The menu is inventive and features plenty of brunch regulars (pancakes, muffins, avocado, chorizo, fritters and so on) and the coffee is great. Well worth a visit and there is nothing here to dislike.
