It was closed with a notice on the door stating it didn’t reopen until 15th September! Very poor service offered by Open Table Think I’ll book directly in the future!? I’ll certainly be passing the fact that OT has allowed me to make a booking at a closed restaurant to all my friends and colleagues!

Terrible food!! We used to frequent Liban. However, there has been a change in management and the food is now simply terrible. Greasy, small portions, not what we were expecting. Save your money and dine elsewhere!

I felt like there weren't enough staff at the restaurant. I found the manager's jokes to be inappropriate, and he even questioned why we didn't pay the service charge, which I thought was unprofessional. Additionally, he overcharged us for a mocktail by charging us the price of a cocktail. The milk in our tea was also off. Although the manager apologized, I was disappointed that he didn't offer any sort of compensation to make up for the mistakes. Typically, a manager would give something complimentary to appease the customer.

The meals at this restaurant were extremely disappointing. Neither the Lebanese nor Indian dishes were good. The chicken lollipop was the worst I've ever had. The service was very slow, as it took 30-40 minutes for our starters to arrive. It was not worth the £70 we spent. You can get a far more delicious meal in central London for that amount of money.

We decided to try a different restaurant in the area, found Liban we hadn’t tried yet. Servers were very friendly. Our starters took over 30 minutes to come out. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, max 5 tables, so not sure what the delay was. After the hefty wait for the starters, we was told one of the items was not available. Why weren’t we told this at the start??? So we ordered another starter, because we were so hungry. It arrived 15mins after we finished the original starters. It got to 1hr 30mins from when we arrived, no mains were to be seen. Quite frankly we got fed up waiting and asked for the bill. The manager said we could have the mains wrapped up with no charge, which we accepted. The prices are not cheap, £70 for halloumi, hummus, Turkish sausage and chicken wings, plus drinks while waiting for our food. Funny thing is with the mains we took home, items we ordered with it was missing... had to stick some rice and chips on to accompany it.
