Very poor service offered by Open Table Think I’ll book directly in the future!? I’ll certainly be passing the fact that OT has allowed me to make a booking at a closed restaurant to all my friends and colleagues!

I felt there wasn't enough workers. they felt the manager sweat, if not appropriate. he even wanted to know what the reason for us is not to pay the service fee... read more I felt there wasn't enough workers. they felt the manager sweat, if not appropriate. he even wanted to know what the reason for us is not to pay the service fee. that's really unprofessional. he also calculated our drink for the price of the cocktail when we actually ordered the cocktail. the milk was also with our tea. the manager was sad, but that was it. Usually the manager will give something in the house to please the customer.
