Had a pre-theatre meal here. I enjoyed my seafood risotto. Plenty of smoked salmon in the salad starter but not much asparagus. The salad was mostly masses of little gem lettuce. The waiter was very accommodating letting my friend have a dish that wasn't officially included in the deal we had and he also let us have a glass of wine that was not normally available by the glass. What Finn Morissette doesn't like about La Forchetta:
I booked for 24th December (I was allowed to) and then my reservation got cancelled 2 hours before dinner, apparently they were closed (still in the website was possible to book) Super unprofessional View all feedback.
The experience was average. Many items on the menu were not available to order.
The music was too loud. The food was decent, but not as delicious as Italian cuisine should be.
Will, run, nice eating and e celebrate atmosphere. Thank you for looking after us.
Lobster starter was fresh and tasty, pasta main was also tasty and well presented. Overall, dining on an offer price with a glass of prosecco included each, this was a higher quality of cuisine than anticipated which was a pleasant surprise. Staff were attentive and it was all good.
Excellent value and wonderful service. Great portion size.
