Kipferl - London

Really disappointed by the quality of food here. My husband lived in Vienna for a long time and was looking forward to a visit. The atmosphere and the staff are fine, but the food lacks taste and spices, was very together with no fine and did not live the expectations. At £90 for 4 (only one course with one beer each) it was also very overpriced.

I loved Kipferl the atmosphere was friendly, the service was great and the servers were warm and welcoming. The food itself was super and very authentic Austrian. I would recommend this chick to anyone who wants to enjoy a casual meal that is very well cooked.

Kipferl Islington pulled a nice surprise for a little special occasion with my friend. We came to a decorated table with a great window view; the service was very friendly and fast; the music was played loud enough for you to hear it, but not loud to the point you had to raise your voice to speak; loved the spicy Hungarian sausage so a great value dish.

I have often been in Kipferl (even before it moved to Camden Passage) have always found it an excellent place. Maybe something too expensive?

Delicious food for great value and good service! Definitely will come again!
