Good tasteful authentic food served in traditional surroundings. Owner Marsha had no lack of attitude that can sometimes affect some of our black companies. In fact, she was exceptional in her service and went out of her way for us. I would highly recommend! We're here at 4:00. It's after 1:00 and I'm still full! What Pete Patel doesn't like about Jerk Shack:
Service was good friendly also. The food was awful rice was burnt and the curry goat taste like Gregg's steak slice. Fried dumpling was nice and rum punch is week taste like juice fruity but not strong View all feedback.
I would fully recommend this is the best carrabian takeaway in erdington everything is cooked to perfection and fresh the staff are amazing and super friendly..ps you forgot my dumplings but made up for it thank you so much
The Mac and cheese was normal pasta with melted cheese on and had been put in a microwave. The chicken was more bone than there was actual chicken. The jerk chicken was just in a tub full of sauce. I will never eat from here again.
Authentic is exactly what it felt like this food we just ordered was amazing. I’ve been dying for some Caribbean food without a random twist. Portion sizes were good and I can’t wait to order again I would of had a picture but I was eating as I was dishing out it was so good
Food was stale , and tasted nothing like Caribbean, this place should be shut down for health and safety.
Probably the worst Caribbean food I’ve ever had the beef patty tasted like rubber, the jerk chicken tastes off. And the macaroni cheese was burnt
