Very friendly and polite staff, terrible portions and bland taste. Katsu curry on Udon was like the cheapest chip-shop curry sauce. The small pot was not even half filled (half empty) see image. Disgusting and expensive slops. An insult to the culture. View all feedback.
The staff was very nice but my order was mistaken . Paid for additional item which wasn’t included in the meal .
It was a practical and very delicious experience. I would definitely choose again!
Chain restaurant so a bit soulless but pleasant service. the only plug points are in the windowless basement which is not very convenient. food is not unenjoyable.
I've loved Itsu a lot over the years especially their Thai Chicken Curry and Rice.I ate early afternoon. The food was warm but not pipping hot and the salt content was a bit too much. It may be just this store. Will definately eat more of it in the future.
If you're after a scrumptious guilt-free meal, you should try Itsu. We had their Thai stir fry style udon noodles, and it was the perfect dish with just the right amount of crisp and sauce. Thai Stir Fry Style Udon Noodles: £6.99
