After several years of traveling and living in Pakistan, I always found Tandoori dishes to be a special experience. The Tandoori chicken I had at this restaurant brought back memories of my time in Lahore. It was truly amazing and a special treat for me and my wife. Thank you for that unforgettable experience. Decent spot for lunch. More on the pricier side out of the spitalfields foods. The chicken and curry was delicious. Very tender and well cooked chicken. Curry sauce was well spiced. Not too salty and not insanely hot. Great for universal taste. I expected more from the pilau rice. I’m no pilau rice expert but have tried enough a few to determine it missed something. Maybe a hint of another spice or a garnish. Service... View all feedback.
I went yesterday and was not sure what to expect because some of the older reviews. Luckily everything was better than I thought it was. The staff was very friendly and helpful in my decisions. They also had a nice display stand, so I knew everything I would get. We had: Masala dosa: I really enjoyed it, and it was one of the better I had. Really beautiful taste and crisp. Samosa chaat : My favorite of the day, I loved all saucy sweetness, and crisp. Biryani: We had it with the lamb that was super delicate, and the rice was very tasteful. Indi-bento with butter chicken: I love the butter chicken here, and the box gives you a little everything along with a naan. Mango Lassi: Classic for a meal like this and it was thick and creamy. Overall a really nice visit and enjoy many seats on the market.
Always good. My Paneer roll was delicious, my husband loved his chicken tikka and the chilli fries were a naughty treat the mango lassi which very much needed. We always go to Indi go, it’s fabulous.
The most amazing lamb biryani I have come across not just in London, but the entire UK. After having tried more than 20-30 desi restaurants in search for the perfect biryani, I've found it. I highly recommend them for the rest of their food too, like the chicken tikka wrap and butter chicken! But the lamb biryani was a completely different story, and a very good one at that! Will definitely come again when in London!
I ate the half tandoori chicken. I got a lot of chickenmeat and a lot of rice. I loved it! I'm lucky to have found a place to sit within the market itself, in which this foodplace is situated. The staff was very friendly, kind, helpfull and fast. I definitely recommend this place!
The Chicken Briyani is not bad here. Nothing extraordinary, but it certainly does not taste bad. We ordered the spicy fries, which I would rate slightly above average. Ignore the soup dumplings in the photo; they were purchased from Dumpling Shack.
