The food is good but slightly overpriced, and some guests felt it was missing the "wow factor." The service is friendly and attentive, although some diners noted issues with bees outside. Despite the lack of air conditioning in the tent, the overall experience is still recommended for its royal atmosphere and good food. Guests praised the delicious tea, exceptional service, and beautiful view of Diana's park. The staff at The Pavilion also received high praise for their kindness and assistance when a guest fell ill during a visit. Ultimately, The Pavilion provides a memorable and elegant tea experience in London.
Beautiful afternoon tea in kensington palast! it was so nice to visit the palast and then have tee. the service, sandwiches and tasty were all fantastic. the atmosphere was beautiful. I would do it again in a heartbeat!
We had a very pleasant experience and will definitely come back
Loved it amazing environment do the tour of palastes as well as it was very interestingibg
Alina and larisa were very nice and well looked after. the food we got was nice and we enjoyed the afternoon, but it was missing the wow factor, they did not know that they were fed in the palast if it was not for porcellan and the small chocolate crowns on the cake, the pavilion is simply not big enough to squeeze it off. When I booked it, the cost was advertised at £38, but on the day it was £42, which I got for what we got, quite expensive.
Beautiful afternoon tea but service was slow for the price paid.
