When I asked a staff member to lower th... read more The customer service at this restaurant was lacking. The coffee was delicious, but the music was too loud for my liking. When I asked a staff member to lower the volume, she seemed annoyed but agreed to do so. However, she never followed through. I'm not sure if she didn't want to, couldn't, or simply forgot. Thankfully, a table opened up outside where I could escape the loud music and instead listen to the traffic noise.

I usually don't come here, but Matchado was closed so... read more I came to this restaurant a few weeks ago early in the morning before my gym class to get a matcha latte. I usually don't come here, but Matchado was closed so I decided to give it a try. I wasn't expecting great customer service, but the lady serving me seemed to be in a bad mood. Maybe it was too early for her? The matcha latte was disappointing and overpriced. The cafe is cute but feels cramped and not very comfortable to sit in. I also noticed that they didn't stick to their advertised opening hours. On a Friday night, they closed before 8 pm instead of the stated 11 pm closing time. This was frustrating as I had wanted to grab something before catching the bus to Acton. There was no explanation provided for the early closure.

Great atmosphere and staff are great. Love the selection of deli stuff, purchased a few items to take home. Nice alternative to going to a pub before going to eat at a restaurant.
