Gail's offers a delightful selection of bread, baked goods, and hearty snacks that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. My only wish is that the lighting was a bit brighter or more yellow in natural light. It's a cozy spot for winter gatherings. During the summer, they likely hope for plenty of available seating. It's a wonderful place for a casual bite to eat or to catch up with friends. Just a heads-up: there are... View all feedback.
Our love affair with madteigbrot and clam chowder was redesigned after our trip to san francisco. while we did not get the chance that at pier 33, I would often meet women in boudin sourdough bakery and cafe at macy 's. back in london, trying as we did, we simply can't find restaurants that served sourteigbrot and clam chowder. then we believed gail’s on the exmouth market, which specializes in sandwiches, pastries, cakes and, above all, gourmetbrote. a sisable leaves from san Francisco style sourdoughbrot enough to keep for at least two meal times, goes for just over £3. so we are good to go with an Ap channels of clam chowder (99p) from waitrose. after a week so that we get our brot from gail 's, we decided to check the breakfast menu instead. I was pleasantly surprised,
... I think you can often judge how good a restaurant is likely to be based on the quality of bread they serve.
I love Gail's! It's such a cozy venue with this pumpkins on the windows and a table at the entrance filled with a wide range of cakes and sweets. Atmposhere is magic in Gail's. You can have a coffee or a tea while watching at croissants cooking in the oven. Perfect place for a cold winter day. I was with a friend who came to vist me from Dublin. I had an Earl Grey tea and she ordered a Capuccino. I asked for some milk with the tea as well, and they bought me a tea pot that big that it would have been enough fro three/four people. Then, bear in mind:sharing it's a good option. Tea was really nice and according to my friend also the coffee. Prices change whether you stay in or take away and when you stay in are a bit pracey compared to other cafe. But it's worth for the place. Service is nice and friendly. And you can even work on your laptop or study as there is wifi and the place, even when crowded, is quite.
Such an atmosphere thoroughly enjoyed it can't wait for the summer evenings to return forlong lazy dinners and drinks al fresco
