What User doesn't like about Flock:
this place is very small in comparison to how it is shown on the pictures on their website. it was like 5 two people sitting and two four people sitting when I can be precise. to be fair, the ambiente des ortes is very beautiful. the English breakfast we had was delicious, except for the sausages. it tastes like fried flour with meat taste. the lady who served us was very accommodating and polite. Food was average. Atmosphere is really not pleasant and feels a bit claustrophobic.
Great coffee but it's a shame the service was slow even though it wasn't busy.
Coffee was bitter, tasting burnt we relayed this to the waiting staff who referred it to the manager and we did not have to pay for our coffees so customer service on that front is satisfactory. Three out of three of us that ordered coffee did not drink them due to the upsetting taste and due to catch a train, we were not interested in having them remade. A remake was brought anyway and after being encouraged to try it, the manager said that problem was with my tastebuds and not their coffee not cool!
Pleasant staff, food was nice, albeit a little greasy.
Nice and cosy place with delicious food. Prices are really good.
