Fire & Stone Covent Garden - London

We called in advance to request a special table for our party. We visited for lunch on a Saturday after traveling in from Lincoln to meet up with our family. Mitchel was fantastic! He organized everything perfectly. Each of us ordered different dishes, all of which were outstanding. The food was truly delicious. We give Tuttons five stars and will definitely return.

I typically receive decent service at this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was not great this time. We waited an hour for our food, and when we spoke to the staff, it seemed like our order may have been forgotten because no one came to check on us or ask about our order. After we complained, our food did arrive promptly, and they made up for it by offering us some complimentary drinks, which was a nice gesture. Despite this experience, I will still continue to dine here as the overall experience is usually good.

The staff were charming, welcoming and attentive. The risotto was like soup. The brownie taste and texture was all wrong as if it had not been baked. I would not return due to the food being variable. My cousin had a chicken dish which she thought was very nice. I am vegetarian so had limited options.
