Fifth Floor Café Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge

The afternoon was lovely. adequate selection of tees, but not extensive. the sandwiches were a combination of interesting and delicious broths with tasteful fillings and the two skorn were each small and light, but the variety of the delicate desserts, small, meringues and minicakes were our absolute favorites. we had many afternoons and this one was up there with the best.

The staff were very welcoming and polite, the service was impeccable which added to the a overall ambiance. Our cream tea was very good with a great selection of sandwiches and cakes.

Went for a drink first in the 5th floor bar where received wonderful service great atmosphere so had high expectations of the cafe but found service slow, waitress sullen, manager indifferent, food average Very disappointed will not return

This restaurant was a lovely setting. Outside was particularly delightful too, but as it was a windy day, we stayed in. The staff were brilliant, very attentive, smart, friendly and welcoming. It was my birthday and they gave me a lovely little cake and sang happy birthday. I was absolutely thrilled by the whole experience. We will be back for sure.

We had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The food was excellent and the service first class. The only slight issue was the noise but I appreciate there’s nothing g can be done about this. Overall I would give it ten out of ten!
