We had probably had the worst Italian meal ever. Had a spaghetti carbonara and the guanciale was burnt so tainted the dish. When I pointed it out the waitress said she will tell the chef but nothing was done, they were disinterested. The pizza was so poor and totally undercooked to the point where the cheese wasn’t fully melted., perhaps they were saving on electricity . They only had two other tables eating and that should have been a good clue for a Friday evening unfortunately we missed that. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a ribeye steak, which was satisfactory but not exceptional. It's a pity because our experience in August was much better.

Oddly enough, they found some after we had finished our meal and then mistakenly charged us for them. The waitress was friendly, but she struggled to open the wine and ended up breaking the cork. While the simple, rustic Italian food was decent, it didn’t justify the price. We ordered no starters; I had pesto linguine with a side salad, and my wife had pork in lemon sauce with fries. Including the wine, our bill came to just under £70. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
