This is not somewhere that you would need to dressed up to go out to, it is a café with just basic wooden tables and chairs, situated just round the corner from Waterloo station. It is a fantastic place to fill up if you’re hungry and need something quick. It has got an extensive menu, so something for everyone. View all feedback.
What Tyree Graham doesn't like about Culture Grub:
undoubtedly one of the worst purchases I made. I ordered her ma po tofu and have never seen anything like that. I opened it and there were literally (no exaggeration) two small pieces tofu. a few pieces random veggies. the rest of the box was filled with mushrooms. I will never order from culture grub again. Went with three other friends and was so happy that we found this place! All the menus we ordered were delicious and so a good value!!!!! All foods came out super fast, it only took about 5-10 minutes! Very recommended Treasure Rice and Mapo Tofu! All others were very delicious, and I will definitely come back to enjoy their delicious Chinese food soon again
Large portion with small money Culture Grub is just a few minutes walk from Waterloo Station. I usually go for lunch before or after the meeting because the service is fast and the price is good with huge portions. I was back for lunch with my colleague last week. I work around the area, so I've been to Culture Grub a lot. A good selection menu, food is delicious with good portions and at a good price! The staff is also very friendly. It's my regular afterwork mix.
I love this place, I use it all the time when I go to Waterloo. I usually go away. The food is absolutely delicious
Group of 5 sat in for dinner. 2 courses for £25 a head. Really lovely and freshly made. Wish I'd found this before and highly recommended. High compliments from my group. Food ranged from crispy duck to seaweed. I'll happily go back.
