I thought this was a nice cosy and friendly coffee shop. There were a couple of hiccups because they nearly served me a strong coffee although I asked for a decaf and I had to remove some used cups from my table. However they were playing some nice music and it’s very convenient because it’s just opposite Clapham South tube station and near to Clapham Common. There is also a Burger King nearby. I’m also had a soft settee to myself so it was worth the visit. The staff seemed very friendly.
Friendly staff, normally plenty of tables and chairs, quick service. Light and airy with lots of floor to ceiling windows to watch the commuters rushing in and out of Clapham South underground station and a couple of tables outside, but on a busy junction.
Proper coffee with customer service and seating just right. Come here for your usual
This restaurant features a spacious layout with plenty of seating, making it ideal for large groups. Each time I’ve visited, the service has been excellent, and there’s always been enough seating to accommodate a large crowd. The hot drinks, particularly the lattes and hot chocolates, are consistently fantastic! It's a reliable spot for great service and delicious coffee.
As for this particular Costa, it boasts the longest waiting line in the world on Saturday mornings! You'd think that people in Clapham would prefer to visit independent coffee shops or even try a local café, but there they are in line. Maybe these independent places have longer waits. Honestly, I couldn't say.
