What Caroline Burkart doesn't like about Capricci:
The menu is interesting and different, and the quality of the food is excellent. Lovely rose wine too. Lorenzo looked after us well and we had a very pleasant, relaxed lunch View all feedback. What martin weber likes about Capricci:
You can treat this wonderful, authentic Italian spot as a cafe, a snack bar or a top-quality restaurant. All within a small, unpretentious interior, right next to the Tate Gallery. View all feedback.

If 4.5 was available, I'd take it. Quick, easy, tasty, and fair wine. Truffle pizza was a win and service was fair.
Great place, great team. we had to wait for our table that was not finished yet (we were not, it was not her fault), but they treated us so nice to come on and...

read moreCapriccio restaurant located in Southbank offers a taste of Italy with delicious, freshly prepared dishes and wonderfully attentive service. The staff provides helpful advice on portion sizes, ensuring guests don't overorder. While some diners found the bruschetta to be lacking, others enjoyed the tagliatelle bolognese. The wine selection is good but slightly pricey, and there were limited beverage options. Despite a few minor flaws, overall the restaurant was a great dining experience for many customers, especially for family gatherings or team lunches. Its proximity to the Tate Modern art gallery makes it a convenient and warm choice for a meal before or after an art excursion. With a focus on authentic Italian cuisine and a selection of organic wines, Capriccio seems to be a welcomed addition to the area.

The pasta is always phenomenal here. A well kept secret with variable seasonal menu. Fantastic wines to compliment.

All excellent as usual. The pappardelle with porcini mushrooms were outstanding.
We enjoyed a quick lunch after Tate Modern very close by and convenient. My 2nd time there. The food was ok but not outstanding, I think I expected more for the...
